Hell in downtown Seattle is construction for Viaduct replacement

Check out this digital rendering from WSDOT that we here at Friends of Seattle unearthed. Note the cranes and trucks perched were Steinbrueck Park should be. Does anyone have some spare change to give the merchants of the Pike Place Market to survive that kind of disruption?
